New Rights Under the GDPR

On receipt of such a request we will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible, but at least within one calendar month. To ensure that we only disclose to you information which is relevant to you personally, we request two forms of personal identification before releasing this information.

Rectification: You have the right to request that we amend any personal information that may be incorrect or require updated.

Data Portability: Under GDPR there is a new tight to data portability, which is primarily designed to make it easier for individuals to switch between service providers. This is unlikely to be relevant to your relationship with L’atelier Kauldhar Ltd.
