full-service interior design services — THE PROCESS

The full-service holistic interior design services are highly personalised, in-person interior design services tailored to your specific needs. The finer intricacies of the interior design process, will therefore vary with each project. So that you know what to expect when you book a complimentary call to discuss your home interior and renovation plans, scroll through for overview.

Whether you want to renovate a room, or an entire house, step 1 begins with a complimentary call to discuss your home renovation plans.
2. home consultation

We meet in-person to survey your home and establish your specific requirements. This is a vital step as the information captured forms the basis of our contract.
3. service appointment

You will receive a fee proposal and service contract to formally appoint L’atelier Kauldhar for the interior design and management of your home renovation.
4. interior design

We will commence the interior design of your home. The design will be developed in stages, and approval sought at each stage before proceeding to the next.
5. tendering & procurement

Following design approval, trade packages will be tendered and contractors appointed. Furniture, soft furnishings, lighting and decor will be purchased.
6. renovation works

Site works will commence once all design, tendering and procurement activities are finalised. Based on the project, works may be phased or undertaken together.
7. project management

All site works will be project managed on your behalf. Any corrective works required will be instructed and signed-off prior to the site being handed-over to you.
8. completion & handover

Once the renovation works have been satisfactorily completed, your home will be handed over to you. This will mark formal completion of your renovation.
